Speaker’s Bureau
Since 2021, the Col Alexander Erwin chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution has been speaking to groups, organizations, and schools about the history of the Revolutionary War in Burke, Caldwell, and McDowell County.
Our 18th Century Public speakers are available to a variety of ages and audiences: elementary, junior high, high school and adult audiences. Our speakers are members of the Sons of the American Revolution and present interesting, fact-based talks about people, places and events of the Revolutionary War.

Our presentations are given with no charge and must be arranged at least 60 days prior to your requested date! If you are interested in our 18th Century Public speaker, please email the chapter and we will try our best to coordinate the best speaker to your requested date!
