The Col Alexander Erwin Chapter started its Quarterly newsletter at the end of 2023, capturing the events of the last quarter’s activities. A year later, the NCSAR newsletter guidelines were shared by another chapter and the Quarterly newsletter became the Council Oak Gazette. The newsletter is published at the end of each quarter, no later than the 5th (January, April, July, and October).
