A Patriot Grave Marking is a service conducted by the Sons of the American Revolution honoring a Patriot from the American Revolution with an unveiling of a new grave marker.
If the past is indeed prologue, then a glimpse into the past can provide a source of wisdom and inspiration for the future. When we honor patriots with a Grave Marking service it reminds us of his/her service to our nation and provides us with an opportunity to rededicate ourselves to the principles for which he/she held sacred.
